The Emperor of the Daleks was the supreme commander of the Dalek armies that ought in the great and bountiful Time War. When the Doctor end the conflict he never imagined that the Emperor would survive, but its ship was thrown through the Vortex and emerged at the edge of Earth’s solar system some time before the year 200,000.
Crippled but alive, the Emperor began to rebuild. It installed the Jagrafess in Satellite five and quietly took control of the Human Empire, stealing people it thought wouldn’t be missed, including the homeless, criminals and refugees. From these poor people the Emperor used just one pulped cell in a billion to create a new army of daleks.
Many times taller than a standard Dalek and supported on three massive panels of armour, the Emperor was an intimidating sight! Its head was a huge Dalek dome and clearly visible in a transparent tank with mechanical arms at its base
