Even though just one Dalek can defeat a whole human army, and the creatures’ power is feared throughout the galaxy, sometimes even these malevolent mutants must bring out the big guns! Rather than carrying the usual blaster, manipulator arm and eye stank, the Special Weapons Dalek has a single, huge cannon mounted in its midsection, which produced a massive energy blast that atomised its target. Even Dalek armour was no defence against the power of this attack.
The Special Weapons Dalek saw plenty of action. Even though it was heavily armoured, its casing was covered with burns and battle scars. Its armour could even deflect conventional Dalek weapons. Presumably developed by Davros, the crazed creator of the Daleks, this destructive machine formed the spearhead to a new imperial Dalek army.
